Nationwide Title Clearing received a notice from the Albany County Clerk's Office in New York that the office has a new address as of November 11, 2011. This address change affects where you would send documents such as a mortgage, lien release or mortgage assignment for recording in this county.
The notice indicates that there is no change to their phone numbers or website. The new official street address is: Albany County Clerk's Office, County Court House Room 128, 16 Eagle Street Albany NY 12207-1077. The office hours have also changed to 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM daily except holidays.
