Nationwide Title Clearing Inc. (NTC) has once again shown its dedication to funding cancer research, and raised $10,183 for the American Cancer Society. NTC says socially responsible employees create long-term value in company and in their environment. This is NTC’s fourth consecutive year of participation in this event, bringing the lifetime collective fundraising total to $43,048.35 in donations raised for the American Cancer Society.
On April 12, 2013, Nationwide Title Clearing, Inc. (NTC) employees attended the Relay For Life of Palm Harbor event for the fourth consecutive year, held to benefit the American Cancer Society. Employees of NTC, a leading post-closing services provider for the residential mortgage industry, raised $10,183 this year, putting them in third place for overall team fundraising. NTC officials say the company experiences side benefits from employees who take part in social responsibility endeavors within the community; their efforts and hard work help strengthen their business as well.
This year, NTC was recognized as a “Jade Team Fundraising Club Level,” a special designation for teams that raised over $10,000. NTC’s Vice President of Human Resources, Erika Lance, was recognized as an “Emerald Individual Fundraiser” for raising over $2,500 for the event. Lance was the number one fundraiser on the NTC team.
“NTC has the manpower to really make an impact in our community,” stated John Hillman, CEO of Nationwide Title Clearing. “Our employees voluntarily contribute to this cause every year and each year I have seen their sense of satisfaction grow. Working together as a team for a good cause outside the company, makes working here more than just a job and more like part of a family.
