Nationwide Title Clearing received notice that Douglas County Oregon increased their document recording fees effective Sept 1, 2011.
The Douglas County recording fee increased for many documents by $2.00 due to an administrative fee. Documents submitted with insufficient fees will be returned unrecorded, so it is important to update your system to reflect this change.
