Nationwide Title Clearing received a notice from the Crosby County Clerk in Crosby County Texas. The notice states that they have increased filing fees to $16.00 for the first page and $4.00 for each additional page. Changes went in effect October 1st, 2011 and apply to the recording of documents such as mortgages, lien releases and mortgage assignments.
