The August 2015 issue of the M Report will feature our very own CIO Erika Lance as a Leading Lady in the Housing Industry. Erika has been with NTC for over 11 years and we are so proud to have her on our team.
During her CIO oversight, she’s hired over 12 new software developers for NTC to originate a proprietary software infrastructure using NTC’s sky-high regulatory and compliance standards for its clients.
The IT team has already improved as many as eight client-facing web-based solutions since she started working in that division to create more efficiencies for NTC’s clients.
Erika has been an instrumental force in the creation of NTC’s company and employee culture which has won several industry and community Top Workplace Awards - most recently the company was awarded the 2015 Top 100 Workplace by the Tampa Bay Times.
"I love the people and the ongoing challenges in this ever changing industry," Erika said, when asked what she loves most about her job.
She has personally written dozens of team member and legal policies still in place today which contribute to the sustainability and growth of the company.
Her hyper focus on excruciating details from all the changes in our industry then translating them for our clients is what has achieved Erika the most success during her time with NTC. She has an incredible resilience with interpersonal relations and an innate ability to lead by example which serves as motivation and respect from her peers.
Erika has the ability to craft some of the most sophisticated technology workflows yet she still makes the time to balance it with her deep passion for philanthropy and corporate social responsibility programs. She wouldn’t give anything except 100%, proving that again as the main driver and captain of the company’s Relay for Life Team in April 2015 and raising over $12,000 for the American Cancer Society.
