Director of Promotion Derek Temple holds the key to NTC's brand identity.
This four year executive is responsible for producing effective promotional items and getting them into the hands of NTC's potential and existing clients. What does that really mean? Truly, Derek Temple is the keeper of the brand identity; anything that has NTC's logo on it is produced and monitored by Derek to ensure it is up to brand standards.
The Full Sail University graphic arts grad not only helps to ensure NTC's creative pieces are cutting-edge, on his spare time he is a freelance graphic illustrator and he has artwork displayed in Red Robin restaurants nationwide for his creation of the 'Ham-BOO-ger'.

He also co-founded a lapel pin company (ThePinSanctuary.com) that is getting some attention from big companies such as Urban Outfitters and ThinkGeek.com.

Derek began his career with NTC scanning in the mailroom. He credits the experience with understanding how the production floor works and handling important documents that go through the entire company.
A bold move during the beginning of his career at NTC led to him working in the Marketing Division. After working at NTC for six months, he approached the VP of Marketing and expressed interest in working with her. The rest is history. Three and a half years later, he's still in Marketing and truly enjoys collaborating on creative ideas for NTC, internally and externally. While art is a lifelong passion for Derek, he has an interesting item in his career past. He used to work for Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom where he was the character Jiminy Cricket.
Derek is also known for his annual Waffle Brinner parties, where he makes waffles for everyone as dinner. It's also a well known fact: Donuts and dinosaurs are as good as currency to Derek.
