On Thursday, July 23rd, NTC's Chief Legal Officer and VP of Risk Management will host an exclusive webinar. Click here to sign up.

In this upcoming webinar, learn how we can begin to bridge the gap between auditors and third party vendors.

NTC is audited every other week by lenders, servicers and independent audit agencies, and has gained a unique perspective on the need for standardization.

Learn about the types of risks involved:

    • Regulatory risks—risk of an administrative fine being levied.
    • Operational risks—risk that any process or function in the vendor’s services will lead to an adverse result.
    • The Disconnect—Servicers tend to focus on the former, vendors on the latter.

This webinar will contain  valuable insight on the proposed solution for the best interest of our industry.

Myron Finley is the Chief Legal Officer at NTC. He has been a lawyer for more than 35 years, and is admitted to practice in both California and New York. Mr. Finley has been with NTC for over 13 years, in both his current position and previously with outside counsel.

William Borde, VP of Risk Management at NTC, is a certified Bank Auditor and Risk Professional with nearly 30 years in the banking and financing industry.
