Currently, our 400+ team includes 35 team members who have worked with NTC for over 10 years. NTC was founded in 1991 and very soon we will celebrate our 25th anniversary. We are very proud of the health and longevity of the company but moreover, we are so grateful for our incredible team members who make up the team here at NTC.
Our company has received several Top Workplace Awards for various years which can be directly attributed to how much we care for our team members. Most recently, we were awarded the Tampa Bay Times Top 100 Workplace Award in 2015.
Our rigorous workforce training programs have been adopted and applied by some of the nation's largest lenders and servicers due to their sophisticated nature which produce a specialized workforce. We are great at creating experts in our field, and many of our employees are able to enjoy a long career with us and/or in the residential mortgage industry itself. At NTC, we maintain a list over 100 different training courses that pertain to nearly 50 distinct positions within the company. While not all positions are highly technical and don’t require as much training, we have some positions within the company that require as many as 10 additional training courses and can take months to complete. At any given time, around two-thirds of NTC employees are actively engaged in some form of training related directly to their positions. Currently, over 200 employees are in the process of training for advancement or cross-training -- this represents over 50% of our current workforce.
