Chief Legal Officer Myron Finley and Director of Document Completion and head of NTC's eRecording services Brian Ernisse will attend the Property Records Industry Association's (PRIA) annual conference in Louisville, KY next week.
Myron has been quoted as an industry expert in numerous mortgage industry publications. In 2013 Mr. Finley was named co-chairperson of the Business Processes and Procedures Committee of the Public Records Industry Association (PRIA). He is also a member of the National Association of County Recorders, Election Officials and Clerks (NACRC) and of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).
Mr. Finley has been with NTC for over 13 years, in both his current position and previously with outside counsel.
Brian Ernissee is responsible for the remarkable growth of NTC's eRecording services which currently stands at over 70% for lien release service. Less than one percent of NTC's documents are rejected in over 3600 jurisdictions. Managing lien release state and county laws, regulations and forms for this many recording jurisdictions that change on a regular basis is tedious. Many clients don’t have time or resources to do this. NTC specializes in it. Brian was an instrumental part of the Certified Copies Work Group in PRIA which helped create a standard for what information certified copies should contain among other specific attributes.
PRIA is an organization which develops and promotes national standards and practices within the land records industry. The organization accomplishes this by offering educational opportunities, encouraging adoption of model standards and practices and serving as a clearinghouse for information about property-records-related principles, practices, systems, protocols and legislation.
