NTC has grown to over 500 employees with locations in Florida, Texas and Pennsylvania. Last week at the annual holiday party, NTC honored the top employees with four distinct and noteworthy awards: Perfect Attendance, Employee of the Year, Volunteer of the Year and Executive of the Year.
The selection process is extensive and democratic. NTC tracks and logs all of the successes and accomplishments for each employee all year so the process is somewhat simplified at the end of the year. But, it's still very difficult to choose employees when so many are at the top of their game. Therefore, the majority rule applies so long as all the criteria is met.

These four special employees were recognized for going above and beyond their scope of responsibility, for proving they are leaders who inspire and motivate their respective teams and co-workers and are committed to excellence for NTC and our clients as a whole.
In the end, these employees shined all year because they invested the time and showed dedication to their area and the company by making a significant contribution each day.
