NTC helped begin the eRecord revolution over 20 years ago. eRecording has once again become center stage, post housing crisis.
The Property Records Industry Association (PRIA) just released a new eRecording milestone and we thought it'd be great to share our eRecording percentage as it relates to the PRIA news. NTC now covers over 96% of eRecording jurisdictions.
What sets NTC's eRecording apart?
- NTC’s eRecording is unique because we maintain backup and direct eRecording with most enabled counties
- NTC’s eRecording is unique because we don’t eRecord in places where the cost is prohibitive versus paper (hence the 4%)
