
Lisa has worked for over two years at NTC, starting in the Online Research area. She credits that experience for helping her understand how interconnected and interdependent each area of NTC really is. She moved onto the Final Docs area as a Follow Up Specialist and was promoted to Post Closing Manager after showing success in these areas.
She was nominated as Employee of the Month for November by her senior, Chelsea Seguin. Lisa manages a team of 24 people and the reason she won the November Employee of the Month Award is due to her organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage her staff and files received with precision and efficiency. She has been a key player in working to establish Post Closing in Dallas. By all accounts, she's been wonderful to work with.
Lisa enjoys all the challenges in her area because she is excited to be a part of the team creating efficiencies and making the area run smoother for NTC and clients - since this is still a relatively new division for NTC at just about two years old.
Before NTC, Lisa spent two years working for a mortgage company as a receptionist. In this capacity she handled a lot of the mortgage documents making sure that they were complete and in order for the underwriters to review. This experience gave her a lot insight on how the industry really works.
Lisa credits her senior Chelsea as a mentor and mentioned that one of the best pieces of advice she's received from her is to present solutions to your boss, not issues. She respects Chelsea's growth within NTC, and she's noticed that good work goes rewarded here.
Outside of work, Lisa spends a lot of time at Disney World with her daughter.
