Dave LaRose takes home an inaugural Insiders Award for his dedication to excellence
(Palm Harbor, FL) September 2, 2016 – Nationwide Title Clearing (NTC), the leading post-closing services provider for the nation’s largest financial institutions, investors and servicers, is proud to announce that Dave LaRose, a 30-year veteran of the industry and NTC’s Vice President of Technical Excellence has been recognized by Housingwire with one of its inaugural HW Insiders™ awards. Over the course of the 20 years LaRose has worked at NTC, he has contributed by researching and developing new services for the company; worked closely with the IT department to ensure that programming is complete and software is fully tested; and then aided in the establishment of the new services by creating documentation and training materials. In his current role, he supports the legal department, client services, sales and the production area. He has been instrumental in developing the training courses and seminars for NTC which have contributed to NTC’s unprecedented 99.98% statute compliance rate and .77% reject rate across all 3600+ counties, nationwide.
