    Recent Anonymous Third-Party Survey of NTC Team Members Yields Surprising Results

    IMG_8913_-_EDITED21-1.jpgNTC's 428 team members have plenty to say about what it's like working here. Among the 35 tenured team members who have been here 10+ years, they say working at NTC has exceeded their expectations from when they started. 

    Part of NTC's ongoing strategy for team member engagement are surveys. We truly care about the well-being of our team members and ensure this two-way communication device is transparent and a regular practice. We believe this leads to a stable company; when you treat team members with care, they in turn produce quality results for our clients. 

    While our internal team member surveys are typically not anonymous, a third-party survey company asked our team members to submit anonymous responses on what the corporate culture is like at NTC in November 2015. The results of this survey are aggregated from 6,000 companies to consider who will make the Tampa Bay Times Top 100 Workplace, a designation NTC has won three times since 2010. 

    We found that NTC is the leader among eight similiar companies in the Real Estate: Title and Closing Companies industry in various categories.

    They include:

    1. New ideas are encouraged at NTC.

    2. The formal training team members receive is something they want for their career at NTC and beyond.

    3. My manager cares about my concerns.

    4. My manager makes it easier to do my job well.

    5. My manager helps me learn and grow. 

    When combined, NTC executives possess over 300 years experience in the residential mortgage industry.

    These executives are always looking to do an exceptional job nurturing their employees' careers, acknowledging them and keeping them informed of the company's direction.
