    TrackingLINK 1.6 is Now Available on NTC's Client Portal: For Speed, Efficiency and Control of NTC Orders

    NTC’s client portal TrackingLINK has been upgraded to include additional NTC services and new features to improve the management of your account. The services and features are now visible! Should you have any questions on NTC’s services please contact your Account Executive.

    Additional Services:

    • Note Audit Service
    • Order Review Service
    • File Creation & Tracking
    • Image Indexing

    New features for existing services:

    • Upload Images – This will allow you to upload images on any order currently in the NTC System.
    • Add Note – This will allow you to record a note on any order currently in the NTC System
    • Review Order – This will allow you to open an “Order Review” service for any order in an End or Pending Status.
    • Reject Order – This will allow you to return an order to NTC to resolve any issues to complete processing.
    • Shipping – Ability to view all tracking numbers for an order.
    • Additional Order Information – This is a custom field view that will display information that the client may request.
    • File Request Module – The name of the person requesting the file or document to be shipped will now be displayed with the order information
    • Collateral File & Audit Service – Additional information fields are now available.
