NTC's compliance rate has held a steady 99.9%+ for the last six months. Last week we were at 100% six out of seven days and this trend is becoming more and more the norm. We believe the quality of our work is a reflection of NTC's ethical standards and the integrity of our people. This extends to our recognitions; NTC is being recognized as a finalist in the Clearwater Regional Chamber of Commerce Large Business of the Year Awards AND as a finalist in the Brighthouse Regional Business Awards this week.
We get asked a lot how we maintain such a positive work culture and maintain a family-like atmosphere with over 400 employees. Our success for 25 years starts with our team members. Our team members are recognized, appreciated, engaged and trained every single day. In spite of the seriousness of our industry, we work hard to keep it light with our work family. It's important to us that our team members enjoy their job, understand how their work impacts our industry and that they understand and care about quality as much as the leadership does.
