Staying on top of compliance standards in the mortgage industry has become increasingly more difficult in this time where everyone seems to be under a microscope. Nationwide Title Clearing (NTC) is pleased to announce that we have successfully completed an SSAE 16 examination of our mortgage processing services. The examination was conducted by an independent CPA firm, Brightline CPAs and Associates, Inc. No exceptions were found.

Erika Lance, a 11-year employee of NTC has been promoted to Chief Information Officer. Prior to her newest position as CIO, Lance served in other management positions, allowing her to gain the experience necessary to take over her current role in the company. Lance has worked in Human Resources, the legal department, client relations and overall organization within NTC, giving her a thorough understanding of both operational and client needs.

Nationwide Title Clearing (NTC) is pleased to announce the newest member of the team - Gina Morales, APR, a board certified public relations professional and marketing specialist. Gina brings with her extensive knowledge of public relations and integrated marketing programs. This is in alliance with the company's ongoing strategy of merging marketing campaigns with community and social programs to extend NTC's outreach and communicate their mission of protecting homeowners and preserving U.S. land records to a much broader audience.

Nationwide Title Clearing (NTC) representatives will be in Dallas next week to exhibit at the Mortgage Bankers Association's National Mortgage Servicing Convention and Expo. Representing NTC will be Debbie Lastoria, Jeremy Pomerantz, Danny Byrnes, Lindsey Trebian, and the newest additions to the NTC family, Todd Gomes and Gina Morales. NTC's exhibition will showcase their services and representatives from the company's marketing and sales departments will be available to answer questions.

Nationwide Title Clearing is pleased to announce that Todd Gomes has been appointed as a National Account Executive. Todd brings with him many years of industry knowledge and experience that will help NTC continue to bring our clients the best services available in the industry.

Toys for Tots, a United States Marines driven charity organization, has been collecting and distributing toys to underprivileged children for over 66 years. During the 2014 holiday season NTC employees donated over 200 toys and $1,000 in cash for a Toys R Us shopping spree.
