Nationwide Title Clearing representatives will have a busy schedule June 17-19th as they will be attending three separate conferences in Virginia and New York. NTC is thrilled to be sending two new company representatives as well as some of the more experienced veterans of the industry to the MERS User Conference in Reston, VA, the Distressed Residential Mortgage Summit in New York City, NY and the Mortgage Bankers Association Document Custody Workshop in Virginia.
The first conference will be the MERS User Conference in Virginia on June 17th and 18th. Representatives from NTC will include Debbie Lastoria, Jeremy Pomerantz, Brian Ernissee and Jessica McGarry. This year's conference will focus on building successful and productive relationships, while also harnessing the power of various products and services working faster, better, and more efficiently. There will also be discussions on new and existing quality assurance requirements, membership rules, new informative resources, and they will be covering all the MERS® tools available.
The second conference that NTC will be involved with will be the Distressed Residential Mortgage Summit taking place June 18th and 19th at the New York Marriott Marquis in New York City. In attendance from NTC will be Danny Byrnes, Kim Jancar and Lindsey Trebian. The summit will be focusing on residential mortgages in an all new format catering to distressed residential note buyers, sellers, brokers and firms that support the note sales market. The Mortgage Bankers Association will be hosting a Document Custody Workshop in Virginia on June 19th. Jeremy Pomerantz and Debbie Lastoria will be representing NTC. MBA's Document Custody Workshop provides intensive discussion and collaboration on the latest developments in document management. This one-day event will allow attendees to engage with industry experts and participate in small, in-depth discussion groups with GSE and GNMA representatives about the issues that matter most.
