    Find me on:

IMG_3786.jpgNTC's newly developed training course Basics of the Mortgage Industry has been met with incredibly positive feedback.

Employee training has always been important, but for most of our industry’s history, we have counted on existing employees to train our new recruits. That worked fine when things were status quo. Those days are over. Today, managers are having a difficult enough time keeping themselves up to date on new regulations and investor requirements, much less preparing new workers to be effective. The industry needs a new model and that’s precisely what NTC has done with the new Basics of the Mortgage Industry seminar that can be brought to your shop.

For 25 years, Nationwide Title Clearing (NTC) has had a relentless fixation on extraordinary training measures. We believe this directly correlates to the 99.9% compliance rate we adhere to for our clients, something previously unheard of in our industry. We’ve had people ask us for years what our secret is. Now, we’re sharing it with the industry.

We've already run the seminar with dozens of employees for a major player in the mortgage industry and the results have been outstanding. Surveys indicate that even industry veterans have benefited tremendously from the course.

The training is designed to make the entire ecosystem of the residential mortgage lending industry clear and understandable to the student. Further, the program explains clearly why every process in our industry is critically important to maintaining the integrity of the US land records at the county level.

The following is how the two day seminar has evolved and is broken down.

Outline of Industry & Loan Life Cycle

    Basics of Security Instruments

Elements of a Real Estate Transaction (All the different steps of a real estate sale including financing.)

Assignment Basics (Includes Lost Assignment Affidavits, Agency Assignments)

    Title Policy Seminar

    UCCs Seminar

    MERS Seminar

    Basics of Foreclosure

    New York Consolidation Seminar

Question and Answer during and after each module and at end of course
