 VP of Quality Shawn Sorensen is responsible for the division which ensures our clients are receiving quality products from NTC. 

After writing a definitive paper on the topic, NTC advances training even further.

QUALITY is a top priority for all lenders, servicers and regulators in this age of compliance and due diligence. NTC's white paper on how it achieves a sustained compliance rate of 99.8% or better and less than 1% reject rate at  counties nationwide garnered a lot of attention this year. 

At NTC, quality is not just something we say we care about as part of our marketing positioning. It is an integral part of our company culture and a point of differentiation within our industry. We maintain a list over 100 different training courses that pertain to nearly 50 distinct positions within the company. A focus on compliance and due diligence is a part of  normal life here at NTC.

While not all positions are highly technical and don’t require as much training, we have some positions within the company that require as many as 10 additional training courses and can take months to complete. At any given time, around two-thirds of NTC employees are actively engaged in some form of training related directly to their positions. Earlier this year for example, 210 employees were in the process of training for advancement or cross-training -- this represents 70% of our current workforce.
