PRESS RELEASE - (Palm Harbor, Fla.) February 1, 2012 Nationwide Title Clearing’s VP of Marketing, Joellen Raiti, has joined the Relay for Life Committee Palm Harbor Chapter as the Publicity Chair to help raise funds and bring awareness in the fight against cancer.
Nationwide Title Clearing received a notice from the Macomb County Clerk - Register of Deeds in Michigan of changes to the required information on documents submitted for recording (such as a mortgage assignment or lien release). The changes are being made to in order to implement a Tract Index system that will improve the ability to search public records. A Tract Index is a method of listing each parcel of land according to its location, along with all transactions involving it.
Nationwide Title Clearing received a notice from the office of the Nevada Clark County Recorder of recording fee increase effective November 1st, 2011. This fee increase affects the recording of documents such as a mortgage, lien release or mortgage assignment in this county.
